Public Nuisance Hearing: 3935-43 S Grand

The Director of Public Safety reasonably believes that the premises located at or abutting 3935-43 S Grand (Residential Units Only) is a public nuisance as defined in Ordinance #67600. Specifically, there have been domestic disturbances, assaults, and other unruly behavior at this location.
A public nuisance hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 9:30am, in the Carnahan Building, 1114 Market Street, Room 104, St. Louis, MO 63101.

Since I live right behind this property across the alley to the West I certainly am interested in attending this hearing and possbly testiifying I would like to know who else is going as I would need a way there other than taking the bus downtown. This is the first I’ve heard about this hearing and since I am the one most affected by the noise, trash, etc and worse, I feel the need to be there. Hopefully someone will get back to me. I will call Rich Sykora tomorrow.
