If you were unable to attend our April monthly DWNA meeting or would like to take a look at the presentation handouts by St. Louis City Assessor, Ed Bushmeyer, they are attached below. As Mr. Bushmeyer mentioned at our meeting, St. Louis property taxes will be adjusted this year with the assessments going out in the mail in June. New this year will be an estimate of property taxes due so that property owners will have an idea of how much their property tax bill will be when they get it in the mail in December.
