The Dutchtown West Neighborhood Association (DWNA) is coordinating a training session for all new block captains on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 7:00pm. The training will be held at the Dutchtown South Community Corporation (DSCC) office located at 4204 Virginia, St. Louis, MO 63111.
