St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department Chief Isom has recently announced plans to re-establish the FREE “Citizens Academy.” Citizens will have an opportunity learn about various aspects of the police department beginning with the fall course scheduled to begin on September 16th and meeting each Wednesday from 6pm-9pm at the Police Academy for 10 weeks.
